A short call to understand what you do, where you're stuck, and whether we're the right fit. No pitch, no slides.

- Two or three concrete next steps you can do without us
- Clear answer on whether we should work together
Most AI advice comes from people who don't ship. We're builders first. We help small businesses and solo professionals set up the tools, learn the workflows, and finish the projects they've been putting off.
Two kinds of clients, one approach: practical, hands-on, and built around what you actually do.
You charge for your expertise. AI can give you back hours every week — if it's set up properly. We get you running with the right tools, the right prompts, and habits that compound.
Your team has heard about AI but isn't using it well. We come in, set up the tools across the team, train everyone in plain language, and leave behind a system that doesn't break the moment we're gone.
Four ways in, depending on where you are. Start small, scale up if it's working.

We meet over video and get you running. By the end, you have a working AI setup tailored to your work — and you know how to use it.
You have a project — an internal tool, a client deliverable, an idea you've been sitting on. We build it together, session by session. You learn by doing, on your real work.
From zero to shipping with Claude Code. Designed for non-developers who want to actually build, not just chat with AI.
Need something else? Custom retainer and team training packages available on request.
Three things make this work.
We ship real products: a Chrome extension protecting seniors from online scams, an AI plugin for video editors, algorithmic trading systems. We teach the same tools we use ourselves, every day.
On dispense les sessions et formations en français comme en anglais. Local presence, real understanding of how Quebec businesses actually operate.
AI is changing fast and most of what's written about it is noise. We translate. If we recommend a tool, it's because we use it. If we say something is overhyped, we'll say so.
Paul Baroudi is a Montréal-based builder and AI consultant. He's the founder of HAVN, an AI-powered scam-prevention platform, and has shipped tools across web extensions, AI-assisted video editing, and algorithmic trading. He works with small businesses and solo professionals to make AI genuinely useful in day-to-day work.
No. Most of our clients aren't. The whole point is making powerful tools usable by people who don't write code. If you can use email and a web browser, we can get you to AI fluency.
We focus on Claude (the model we trust most for serious work), Claude Code for anyone wanting to build, and a handful of complementary tools — VS Code, MCP servers, Cal.com, Notion. We pick tools that work together, not the latest hype.
Yes. Sessions, training, and written materials are available in French or English. Most of our Quebec-based clients prefer a mix.
That's the most common starting point. The 90-minute setup session is designed to stand on its own. If you want more after, the door is open. If not, you've got what you need.
Probably. We've worked with legal, finance, design, fintech, and small retail. The tools transfer; the workflows we build are specific to your work. The discovery call is where we figure out fit.
If a setup session doesn't deliver what we agreed on, you don't pay. For longer engagements, we work in short milestones so either of us can stop if it's not working.
